# Syndical.api quality history

These are measurements of the recorded source snapshots under the named profiles.
They do not claim certification, comprehensive security coverage or superiority
over human development.

The latest measurement contains 147 compliant functions and 59 compliant
executable or reviewed data declarations, with zero detected duplicate tokens.
All four configured C# security rules qualified against their fixtures and found
zero production matches. This is the scope of those rules, not a general security
certification.

The policy hashes differ, so the two scores are not an unchanged-policy
comparison. The sole policy change independently classified the unchanged
`PublisherGrant` and `AttentionEvent` declarations as factual wire data. Their
executable bodies remain measured. Function limits of 15 complexity, 80 nonempty
physical lines and five parameters, native checks, source roots and exclusions,
the C# instrument, duplicate settings, and all four security rules stayed the
same. The larger source inventory reflects the operation refactor.

The original report bytes are retained in both linked downloads. The baseline
policy is `ed942ac4ef13e9a50ef779f67820495cd77bab33a65167dd737057a99e5423f3`;
the current policy is
`8aecc713da215c1f48fc7478052f996aa538ef80991d1ad8ec4ccab53e218dd4`.

Separate verification passed 48 API tests before and after the refactor,
including 14 new causal cases, 49 quality-tool tests and 59 C# instrument
qualification cases. The source/policy evidence and these test outcomes support
different claims; the scores themselves measure profile compliance.
